摘要
为使某修正引信舵机执行机构可靠运行,对其栅格舵片展开过程进行了研究。建立展开过程的运动学方程,使用FLUENT计算出舵片在飞行过程中所受气动力,在ADAMS中进行展开过程的仿真,得到了舵片冲击力、舵片展开时间、锁定销冲击力曲线等关键数据,最后进行了强度校核。研究结果表明:舵片展开时间满足指标,能展开到指定位置并且迅速锁死,强度符合材料要求,研究结果可为结构设计及优化提供理论依据。
To research the unfolding performance in order to ensure the grid fins used on trajectory correction fuze working reliable.First,the equation of unfolding base on Newton’s Second Law of Motion-Force and Accelerate was established,which provided a theoretic base for the simulation.Then calculate the aerodynamic force which wing suffers in the unfolding in flight.To calculate the stiffness of torsional spring the equation established was used.Next,the data such as impact and stress of the grid fins was calculated through ADAMS.Finally,the strength check analysis was made.The results show that the unfolding time could meet the need,it can unfold to specified position and lock up quickly.Besides,the strength of the material meets the requirement.The results of research can support the structural design and optimizing.
