巴曲酶与血管扩张剂治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及对凝血指标的影响

Effects of Batroxobin and Vasodilator on Sudden Deafness and Coagulations

目的探究巴曲酶与血管扩张剂治疗突发性耳聋患者的疗效及对凝血指标的影响.方法选取本院2015年7月~2017年7月收治的突发性耳聋患者84例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各42例.对照组采用血管扩张剂治疗,观察组采用巴曲酶治疗.对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后凝血指标变化.结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间均长于对照组,纤维蛋白原及血小板因子含量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论巴曲酶治疗突发性耳聋患者疗效优于血管扩张剂,可有效改善患者凝血功能,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of batroxobin and vasodilators in the treatment of sudden deafness and coagulations.Methods Eighty-four patients with sudden deafness admitted to the hospital from 2015 to 2017 were randomLy divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each.The control was treated with vasodilators and the observation group was with batroxobin.Clinical efficacy and changes in coagulation parameters of pre-and post-treatments were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control(P<0.05).The prothrombin time,thrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in the observation group were prolonged than those in the control.The levels of fibrinogen and platelet factorswere found to be lowedin the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of batroxobin treatment in patients with sudden deafness is superior to that of vasodilators,which can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
