摘要
利用N,N,N′,N′-四(2-羟乙基)乙二胺(THEED)与四丁基碘化铵(TBAI)组成二元催化体系,催化二氧化碳(CO2)与环氧烷在常压无溶剂条件下进行耦合反应生成环状碳酸酯.系统地探讨了温度、助催化剂等因素对反应的影响.结果表明:催化剂用量THEED/TBAI摩尔比为14,反应温度60℃,反应时间24 h,为最佳的反应条件.在最佳条件下,THEED与TBAI共催化活性最好,合成的环状碳酸酯的产率达90%以上,产物的选择性均达到99%以上.
Coupling reaction of CO2 and alkylene oxides was catalyzed by the combination of N,N,N′,N′-tetra(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine(THEED)and tetrabutyl ammonium iodide(TBAI),forming a binary catalytic system to produce value-added cyclic carbonates under atmospheric pressure without any solvent.The effects of temperature,cocatalyst and other factors on the reaction were systematically discussed.The results indicated that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:catalyst THEED/TBAI molar ratio of 14,reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 24 h.Under such conditions,the catalytic activity of THEED/TBAI reached maximum.The yield of synthetic cyclic carbonate was over 90%,and the selectivity was more than 99%.
