摘要
为研究五叶山小橘叶的化学成分,采用溶剂提取法,正、反相硅胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等多种分离技术对其化学成分进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术对其进行结构鉴定.从五叶山小橘叶乙醇提取物中分离得10个化合物,包含4个木脂素、3个生物碱、2个甾体以及1个萜类化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:山小橘新木脂烷甲素(1)、3,4-二-(4-羟基-3-甲基苯环)四氢呋喃(2)、表松脂醇(3)、松脂醇(4)、3-吲哚甲醛(5)、香草木宁(6)、山小桔碱(7)、pregnenolone(8)、16-dehydropregnenolone(9)、lochmolin E(10).其中化合物1为新的4',7-环氧-8,3'-新木脂烷类化合物,化合物2~4、8~10是首次从该属植物中分离得到.
To study the chemical compositions of the leaves of Glycosmis pentaphylla,the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction method,the normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography.Their structures were identified by modern spectral techniques.Ten compounds,including four lignans,three alkaloids,two steroids and one terpenoid,were isolated from the ethanol extract of G.pentaphylla,which were identified as:glycoliganin A(1),3,4-di(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)tetrahydrofuran(2),epipinoresionl(3),pinoresionl(4),indole-3-carbaldehyde(5),kokusaginine(6),arborinine(7),pregnenolone(8),16-dehydropregnenolone(9),lochmolin E(10).Compound 1 is a new 4',7-epoxy-8,3'-neolignan,compound 2—4,8—10 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
