摘要
在铜矿峪矿浮选实践中发现,石灰用量和磨矿细度是影响选矿厂最终浮选指标的主要因素。为降低尾矿品位,提高浮选回收率,利用矿物解离度与粒度分布测试技术(MLA)研究了不同石灰用量和磨矿细度条件下产品中各种矿物的解离和粒度分布情况。结果表明,将石灰用量控制在1.5~2.0kg/t时,能够降低铜精矿中的石英含量,提高精矿品位,将浮选浓度从35%提高至40%,可明显降低尾矿品位,提高铜回收率。
In the flotation process of the Tongkuangyu chalcopyrite ore,it was found that the lime dosage and the flotation slurry concentration were the two main factors that influenced the flotation index.In order to decrease the grade of the tailings and increase the concentrate recovery,the paper studied the particle size distribution and the dissociation of the chalcopyrite in the concentrate and the tailings under different lime dosage and slurry concentration using MLA method.It was found that the quartz could be well depressed and the flotation concentrate grade could be increased when the lime dosage was controlled in the range of 1.5-2.0 kg/t.It was also found that the tailings grade could be decreased when the flotation slurry concentration was lifted from 35%to 40%.
