氟桂利嗪胶囊联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Flunarizine Capsule Combined with Tongtongning Capsule in the Treatment of Migraine

目的:观察氟桂利嗪胶囊联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法:选取本院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的偏头痛患者86例作为样本,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组单独给予氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组采用氟桂利嗪胶囊联合头痛宁胶囊治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、疼痛持续及发作情况、治疗效果、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后轻度疼痛占93.02%、中度疼痛占6.98%、无重度疼痛,与对照组相比具有明显优势,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后发作时间、发作频率均低于对照组(P<0.05);察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用氟桂利嗪胶囊联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛,能够有效缓解疼痛,缩短发作时间,降低发作频率,提高治疗有效率,且不良反应少,临床可给予推广应用。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of flunarizine capsule combined with Tongtongning capsule in the treatment of migraine. Methods: 86 migraine patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as samples and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with flunarizine capsule alone, and the observation group was treated with flunarizine capsule combined with Tongtongning capsule. The degree of pain, duration of pain and seizures, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: In the observation group, slight pain accounted for 93.02%, moderate pain accounted for 6.98%and no severe pain, which had significant advantages compared with the control group(P<0.05);the attack time and frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Flunarizine capsule combined with Tongtongning capsule can effectively relieve pain, shorten the attack time, reduce the attack frequency, improve the treatment efficiency, and have less adverse reactions. It can be widely used in clinic.
