精细化护理联合硫酸镁在妊娠期高血压患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Refined Nursing Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in Patients with Gestational Hypertension

目的:分析并研究精细化护理联合硫酸镁在妊娠期高血压患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选择本院自2018年1月至2019年1月收治的54例妊娠期高血压患者,随机分为两组,所有患者均予以硫酸镁治疗,对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施精细化护理,对两组患者的妊娠结局、生活质量、新生儿情况以及血压水平进行比较和分析。结果:试验组患者的舒张压和收缩压水平与对照组比较均明显更低,P<0.05;试验组患者新生儿Apgar评分与体质量与对照组比较均明显更高,P<0.05;试验组患者产后出血率、剖宫产率以及子痫发生率与对照组比较均明显更低,P<0.05;试验组患者生活质量评分与对照组比较均明显更高,P<0.05。结论:在妊娠期高血压应用硫酸镁治疗中予以精细化护理干预,一方面可以有效控制患者血压水平,改善其生活质量,另一方面还可以改善患者妊娠结局和新生儿状况,应用效果较高,值得重视。

Objective: To analyze and study the clinical effect of refined nursing combined with magnesium sulfate in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods: Selection in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019, 54 patients with gestational hypertension, randomly divided into two groups, all patients be magnesium sulfate treatment, control group routine nursing, the experimental group detailed care, pregnancy outcome in two groups of patients, the quality of life, the condition and blood pressure levels are compared and analyzed. Results: The diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Neonatal Apgar score and body mass were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section and incidence of eclampsia in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The application of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertension in pregnancy to fine nursing intervention, on the one hand, can effectively control the blood pressure level of patients, improve their quality of life, on the other hand, can also improve the pregnancy outcome and neonatal status of patients, the application effect is high, worthy of attention.
