“临1号”草果优良家系的选育研究

Selection and Breeding of “Lin No.1” Amomum tsaoko Superior Family

通过初选、复选、决选,确定“临1号”草果优良家系,以地方老品种家系为对照,对其进行遗传测定试验。结果表明:“临1号”草果优良家系良法种植的产量和产值分别是地方老品种的285%和300%,干草果挥发油含量是地方老品种的250%,具有产量高,品质好,抗病、抗逆性强,且连年丰产等特点,适合具备水湿条件的林下区域大面积推广种植。

The primary selection,re-selection and final selection determined the superior family of“Lin No.1”Amomum tsaoko which was carried out the genetic test with the old native varieties as the control.The results showed that the yield and output value of“Lin No.1”Amomum tsaoko superior family were 285%and 300%of the native old varieties respectively,and the content of volatile oil in dried fruit was 250%of the native old varieties,indicating that this superior family had the characteristics of good quality,strong disease resistance and stress resistance,and high yield in successive years,and was suitable for large-scale planting in forest areas with water and humidity conditions.
