贵阳市居民对健康城市建设满意率及需求分析

Analysis on the Satisfaction Rate and Demand of Residents about Healthy City Construction in Guiyang

目的:了解和分析贵阳市居民对健康城市建设的满意率及需求。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,运用自制电子问卷对贵阳市3164名居民进行调查,内容涉及6大类17项指标,分析各单项指标的满意率及总满意率,调查居民对建设健康城市的需求和存在的问题。结果:被调查人群对健康城市建设的总满意率为84.4%,对城市管理类满意率最高(89.2%),对交通管理类满意率最低(78.8%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=431.699,P<0.001);居民对不同类别指标的单项满意率不同,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=1099.266,P<0.001),满意率较高的为园林绿化、城市规划及文化建设,分别为92.8%、90.9%及90.7%,满意率较低的为交通状况、食品安全及居民素养,分别为73.9%、76.6%及78.4%;居民最期望改善的方面为社会文明程度(72.5%)、居住环境(71.5%)及食品卫生(71.2%);调查对象认为贵阳市健康城市建设下一步需要加强的最主要问题是“食品安全卫生”(44.7%)。结论:居民对贵阳市健康城市建设的多个方面满意率较高,但也期望进一步改善交通、食品安全及居住环境,提高居民素养。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the satisfaction rate and demand of the residents for healthy city construction in Guiyang,China.Methods:Stratified random sampling method was adopted to investigate the satisfaction rate and demand of 3,164 residents in the healthy city construction of Guiyang with self-designed electronic questionnaires,and the difference of residents'satisfaction rate was compared withχ2 test.Results:The total satisfaction rate of Guiyang residents for healthy city construction was 84.4%.They had the highest satisfaction rate for urban management(89.2%)and the lowest satisfaction rate for traffic management(78.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=431.699,P<0.001).Among them,higher satisfaction rates came to landscaping,urban planning and cultural construction(92.8%,90.9%and 90.7%).Traffic conditions,food safety and residents'literacy were 73.9%,76.6%and 78.4%,with statistically significant differences(χ^2=1099.266,P<0.001).The aspects that residents most expected to improve included improvement of social civilization(72.5%),improvement of living environment(71.5%)and greater confidence in food hygiene(71.2%).According to the respondents,"food safety and hygiene"was the most important issue to be strengthened in the next step of healthy city construction in Guiyang(44.7%).Conclusion:In the construction of healthy city of Guiyang,lower satisfaction rates of the residents point to the transportation,food safety,living environment and residents'quality,and these are the expectation of improvement and their greater demand.
