党的十八大以来,我国对基础研究的发展尤为重视,出台了一系列政策,以支持基础研究的发展.简述了基础研究的概念及重要性,介绍了我国基础研究的现状和未来发展的愿景.论述了《辽宁师范大学学报(自然科学版)》依托和服务于学校优势科研平台,策划了七腮鳗系列文章选题,并详述了选题的背景、特点、成果以及选题的启示.认为选题的基础必须厚实,选题的策划要兼顾刊物的可持续性发展.以期为我国基础研究的发展夯实土壤,并期待腾飞.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has paid special attention to the development of basic research and released a series of policies to support the development of basic research in China.It briefly describes the concept and importance of basic research,and introduces the status and future of basic research in China.It discusses the Journal of Liaoning Normal University(Natural Science Edition),which relies on and serves university’s superior scientific research platform,has planned the topic of the Lamprey series of articles,and expounds the background,characteristics,achievements and inspiration of the topic.It holds that the foundation of the topic must be solid,and the planning of the topic should take into account the sustainable development of the journal.It is expected to consolidate the soil for the development of basic research in China and look forward to taking off.
