分阶段治疗AO 43-C型胫骨远端骨折的疗效

The effect of staged treatment for AO type 43-C distal tibial fracture

目的探讨分阶段治疗AO 43-C型胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法采用分阶段治疗22例AO 43-C型胫骨远端骨折患者,第1阶段:急诊行闭合复位胫骨远端超踝关节支架外固定恢复力线;第2阶段:积极消肿并继续行外固定支架固定;第3阶段:尽量采用微创内固定方式,完成对骨折的最终坚强内固定。结果22例均获得随访,时间12~15个月。骨折均愈合。末次随访时,按照AOFAS评分标准评定疗效:优19例,良2例,可1例。结论分阶段治疗AO 43-C型胫骨远端骨折是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of staged treatment for AO type 43-C distal tibial fracture.Methods The 22 patients with AO type 43-C distal tibial fracture were treated by staged treatment.In the first stage,closed reduction and cross ankle joint external fixator for distal tibial fixation were emergently performed to restore the length and alignment of the limb;in the second stage,actively reduced swelling and maintained the temporary bridging external fixation;in the third stage,minimally invasive internal fixation was used to complete the final strong internal fixation of the fracture as far as possible.Results All the 22 patients were followed up for 12~15 months.All the fractures were healed.At the last follow-up,according to the AOFAS score criteria,the result was excellent in 19 cases,good 2 cases,and fair 1 case.Conclusions The staged treatment provides a safe and effective treatment method for AO type 43-C distal tibial fracture.
