摘要
目的研究泰山紫草不同部位总黄酮对DPPH·自由基清除率的作用。方法用超声提取法提取总黄酮,将根粉碎成粉末,分别以乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、水为溶液,进行超声提取,用紫外分光光度法测其吸光度,进行含量测定。把提取液稀释不同浓度和DPPH·发生发应,由测出的吸光度计算出清除率,来探讨不同部位抗氧化性。选出总黄酮含量较高的提取部位进行相关性分析。结果不同提取部位的总黄酮含量有明显的差别。结论不同部位中DPPH·清除率,乙醇相清除率最高,水相清除率最低。总黄酮含量同DPPH·清除率呈正相关性关系。
Objective:To study the effect of total flavonoids from different parts of Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb.et Zucc on DPPH·free radical scavenging rate.Methods:The total flavonoids were extracted by ultrasound extraction.The roots were pulverized into powder.Ethanol,acetone,ethyl acetate and water were used as solutions for ultrasound extraction.The absorbance was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the content was determined.The extraction solution was diluted with different concentrations and reacted with DPPH.The scavenging rate was calculated from the measured absorbance to explore the oxidation resistance of different parts.The extraction parts with higher total flavonoids content were selected for correlation analysis.Results:There were significant differences in the content of total flavonoids in different parts.Conclusion:Ethanol phase were the highest and water phase were the lowest in different parts of the DPPH·scavenging rate.There was a positive correlation between the content of total flavonoids and DPPH·scavenging rate.
