567例错■畸形患者正畸治疗的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of 567 malocclusion patients accepted with orthodontic treatment

目的探讨错[牙合]畸形患者临床基本特征和正畸治疗特点,为正畸治疗提供参考。方法收集2012年至2017年在我院进行正畸治疗的567例患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果567例患者中,年龄在11~20岁之间的青少年患者人数最多,占比为45.86%。学生在接受正畸治疗的患者中占比最高(62%)。功能性矫治器(38.10%)的使用比例低于固定矫治器(61.91%)。结论正畸医师应根据患者的年龄、职业以及错颌畸形的类型等不同情况为患者制定最合理的正畸策略。

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of malocclusion patients,providing references for orthodontic treatment.Methods:Clinical data of 567 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in our hospital from 2012 to 2017 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the 567 patients,45.86%patients’age was distribute between 11 years old to 20 years old.Students had the highest proportion of patients receiving orthodontic treatment(62%).The usage ratio of functional appliances(38.10%)were lower than that of fixed appliances(61.91%).Conclusion:Orthodontists should make the most reasonable orthodontic strategies for patients according to their age,occupation and types of malocclusion.
