摘要
为了实现智能酒库贮酒中心微机集散电子监控,进行中心微机集散电子监控系统的优化设计,提出设计一套基于集成DSP的智能酒库贮酒中心微机集散电子监控系统。系统建立在集成DSP开发环境中,设计系统的智能监测信息采集模块、总线输出转换模块、程序加载模块、指令收发转换模块、总线调度模块、人机交互模块和接口模块等,采用Multigen Creator软件进行智能酒库贮酒中心微机集散电子监控系统的层次化结构设计,采用程序加载过程控制方法对智能酒库贮酒中心微机集散功能进行控制,在嵌入式环境中设定CPU模块、测量模块、交-直变换电路模块,实现监控系统的输出调试和人机交互控制。实验结果表明,设计的酒库贮酒中心微机集散电子监控系统稳定性较好,人机交互能力较强,检测结果与设定的参数吻合度较高。
In order to realize electronic monitoring&control in the intelligent liquor storage center,the optimal design of the distributed electronic monitoring system was proposed based on the integrated DSP.The system was built in the integrated DSP development environment,and the intelligent monitoring information acquisition module,bus output conversion module,program loading module,command transceiving conversion module,bus scheduling module,human-computer interaction module and interface module of the design system were implemented by Multigen Creator software for the hierarchical structure design.The program loading process control method was adopted for the control of the microcomputer distribution function and CPU module,measurement module,and intersection and direct conversion circuit module were set in the embedded environment to achieve output debugging and human-computer interaction control of the monitoring system.The experimental results showed that,the designed system had good stability and strong human-computer interaction ability,and its test data were consistent with the set parameters.
