以五脏视角探讨“过用”理论

Exploration on the theory of “excessive use” based on the perspective of five zang organs

"生病起于过用"理论提出了疾病起于饮食、气候、劳倦、情志等过用的观点,揭示了内在或外界各种因素都有致病与非致病的二重特点,是《黄帝内经》(简称《内经》)发病学的重要思想。"生病起于过用"不仅对中医病因观的发展有着深刻影响,也对现代病因学研究有着现实价值。基于藏象理论,分别从五志、五味、五劳及脏腑生理特性等角度来归纳总结"过用"对五脏的损害,对中医理论的发展与临床中防病与治疗具有重要指导意义。

The theory of“diseases caused by excessive use”suggests the viewpoint that diseases derive from excessive use of diet,climate,over-fatigue,emotion,etc,pointing out the double characteristics of pathogenicity and non-pathogenicity in various internal-external factors,which’is an important idea of pathogenesis in The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic(Inner Classic for short).“Diseases caused by excessive use”has not only a profound effect on the development of the etiology in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),but also practical value on modern etiological research.Based on the theory of visceral manifestation,the paper summarizes the damages on five zang organs due to“excessive use”from perspectives like five emotions,five flavors,five kinds of comsumptive diseases and visceral physiological characteristics,which will play an important guiding role in the development of TCM theory and clinical disease protection and treatment.
