自锁托槽矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类1分类错■患者的矫正效果

Effect of self-locking bracket appliance in the correction of Angle class Ⅱ class 1 malocclusion

目的探讨自锁托槽矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者的矫正效果。方法选择40例安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者进行研究,对照组20例患者采用传统结扎式托槽矫正,观察组20例患者采用自锁托槽进行矫正。比较2组患者的疼痛情况、复诊情况和矫正效果。结果观察组患者治疗后6、24、48 h和治疗后3、4、7d的VAS评分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的常规复诊次数显著少于对照组,治疗时间显著短于对照组,托槽脱落率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自锁托槽矫治器能够有效减轻患者疼痛等不适感,提升矫正效果。

Objective To study the effect of self-locking bracket appliances on correction efficacy of Angle classⅡmalocclusion patients scored 1.Methods A total of 40 patients with class II malocclusion scored 1 in our hospital were selected in the study.The control group with 20 patients were treated with traditional ligation brackets,while 20 patients in the observation group were treated with self-locking bracket appliances for correction.The pain,re-visit and corrective effect were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the patients in the observation group at 6,24,48 h and 3,4 and 7 days after treatment were significantly lower than those of in the control group(P<0.05).The number of routine visits,treatment time and bracket drop-off rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-locking bracket appliance can effectively relieve pain and other discomforts of patients,and improve the correction effect.
