仔猪黄痢大肠杆菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and identification of Escherichia coli from yellow diarrhea in piglets

湖北省红安县某猪场新生仔猪发生一种以剧烈腹泻、排出黄色粪便并迅速脱水死亡为主要症状的疾病,经病原分离、革兰氏染色、PCR鉴定、生化试验和血清型鉴定,确定新生仔猪病是由大肠杆菌感染引起。经血清型鉴定,该分离菌株属于纤毛抗原987P型,该菌株对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟较敏感。

In a pig farm in Hong’an county,Hubei province,newborn piglets developed a disease characterized by severe diarrhea,discharge of yellow feces and rapid dehydration;after pathogen isolation,Gram staining,PCR identification,biochemical tests and serotype identification,E.coli infection in newborn piglets was determined.According to the serotype identification,the isolated strain belongs to the cilia antigen 987 P type,and the strain is sensitive to ceftriaxone and cefotaxime.
