桥塞堵漏材料的固化可行性研究

摘要 桥塞堵漏易产生假堵现象,当恢复钻进后,假堵层被破坏,会重新发生漏失。为解决该问题,在桥塞堵漏浆中加入了固化材料Mo-Mc,桥塞颗粒彼此黏连或整体固化,使得封堵墙不易被破坏,提高了封堵性能。通过实验,发现固化材料Mo-Mc对桥塞堵漏浆具有黏连和固化的作用;Mo-Mc的适宜加量为25%~30%,Mo/Mc适宜配比为2~2.5。温度越高,固化时间越快;缓凝剂可延迟固化时间1.5h。 Bridge plug plugging was liable to produce false plugging phenomenon.After recovery drilling,false plugging layer was destroyed and the leakage occured again.In order to solve this problem,the curing material Mo-Mc was added into the plug plugging slurry,which made the plug particles adhere to each other or solidify as a whole,made the plugging wall not easy to be destroyed and improved the plugging performance.Through experiments,it was found that the curing material Mo-Mc had adhesion and curing effect on plug plugging slurry;the appropriate amount of Mo-Mc was 25%~30%;the appropriate ratio of Mo/Mc was 2~2.5;the higher the temperature,the faster the curing time,and the retarder could delay the curing time by 1.5 h.
