摘要 针对实验室室内环境复杂,空气污染物监测环节比较薄弱的问题,设计了基于STM32单片机的实验室空气监测与净化系统。该系统硬件部分使用多种传感器对空气中的气体污染物浓度进行实时检测,同时使用多点监测的方式来提高实验室内空气参数采集的正确性。软件部分使用滑动均值滤波来对采样结果进行处理,使得采样结果更加准确,并通过对实验室室内环境数据进行风险评估,有针对性地对室内环境进行自动调节,最后通过设计的上位机控制软件记录实验室内异常,使得系统更加智能化,有效地提升了实验室的室内环境安全。 Aiming at the complex indoor environment and the weak link of air pollutant monitoring in laboratory,a laboratory air monitoring and purification system based on STM32 was designed.In the hardware design,sensors were used to detect the concentration of air pollutants in real time,and a multipoint monitoring method was used to improve the accuracy of air parameter acquisition in the laboratory.In the software part of the design,the sliding mean filter was used to make the sampling results more accurate,a risk assessment method was used to adjust the indoor environment automatically,and a upper computer control software was designed to record the abnormality of the laboratory,which made the system more intelligent.The safety of the laboratory was improved effectively.
