摘要
文中设计了一种X频段宽带高隔离双工器,两个通道的中心频率分别为7.14 GHz和8.15 GHz,带宽分别为240 MHz和1500 MHz,互隔离≥95 dB,通过电磁仿真软件HFSS与Designer协同仿真,通带内回波损耗大于18 dB,满足设计要求。
An X band diplexer with wideband and high isolation is designed in this paper,which center frequencies of each channel are at 1.24 GHz and 1.5 GHz.The two bandwidths are 240 MHz and 1500MHz.The isolation between two channels is greater than 95 dB and the input return losses of the three ports are greater than 18 dB,which are simulated by HFSS and Designer.The results show that the method has good engineering application value.
