氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗日光性角化病的护理体会 被引量：5

摘要 日光性角化病(actinic keratoses,AK),又称光线性角化病或老年性角化病,因不典型表皮角质形成细胞增生而引起的皮肤损害。皮损多见暴露部位如面部、头皮、手背部位。日光性角化病目前被认为是皮肤癌前病变的一种,有向鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)演变的危险,据Lee等[1]统计每年约有0.025%~16%的AK患者进展为SCC,所以应尽早治疗避免恶化。光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)作为治疗日光性角化病的一项新技术,其对病变组织有较好的选择性,且无瘢痕形成,具有良好的美容效果[2],近些年得到了广泛的应用。
