新型小型真空清洗消毒器对手术器材洗消效果的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的对研制的新型小型真空清洗消毒器进行对比洗消试验,分析其对多种手术器材的洗消效果,评价其是否适应消毒供应中心多样化的洗消需求及是否具有广泛的应用前景。方法将陆军军医大学第一附属医院2016年5月至2019年7月院企合作研制的小型立式真空清洗消毒器、大型卧式真空清洗消毒器和大型通道式真空清洗消毒器作为研究对象,分别编为试验设备组、对照设备一组和对照设备二组,然后再对模拟羊血污染处理的实芯手术器械、硬式内镜管腔器械和细长硅胶管道进行清洗消毒试验运行,最后用ATP荧光蛋白监测系统和热压监测仪分别抽样监测器材的清洗去污效果和设备的消毒效果。结果经抽样ATP监测,除轴节未张开的11件实芯器械ATP值大于15 RUL外,其余37件器材均为合格的ATP值均小于15 RUL。试验设备组ATP监测结果与2个对照设备组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),判定可达到可靠去污清洗效果;3组设备运行的热力消毒AO值均大于3000,判定热力消毒效果均合格。结论研制的新型小型化真空清洗消毒器运行效果可靠,具有广阔的应用前景,但用于有轴节的实芯器械清洗时,应注意完全张开轴节,确保器械清洗的有效性。 Objective To analyze the effect of a new minitype vacuum cleaning disinfector on surgical equipment through contrastive cleaning and disinfection test,and to evaluate whether it can meet the diversified demand of disinfection supply center and whether it has a broad application prospect.Methods The new developed minitype vertical vacuum cleaning disinfector,large horizontal vacuum cleaning disinfector and large passage vacuum cleaning disinfector were divided into experimental equipment group,control equipment group Ⅰ and control equipment group Ⅱ,respectively.The simulated sheep blood contamination area was simulated separately.Then the solid-core surgical instruments,rigid endoscopic lumen instruments and slender silicone rubber pipelines were tested for cleaning and disinfection.At last,ATP fluorescent protein monitoring system and thermal monitoring instrument were used to sample the cleaning and decontamination effects of the equipment and the disinfection effects of the equipment.Results The sampled ATP monitoring showed that the remaining 37 instruments were qualified(ATP<15 RUL)except 11 solid-core surgical instruments whose axle segments were not opened(ATP>15 RUL).There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental equipment group and the control equipment groups(P>0.05),which indicated that the decontamination and cleaning effect of the new developed minitype vertical vacuum cleaning disinfector was reliable.The AO values of thermal disinfection in the three groups of equipment were more than 3000,which indicated that the effect of thermal disinfection was qualified.Conclusion The new developed minitype vertical vacuum cleaning disinfector has reliable operation effect and broad application prospects.However,when it is used for cleaning solid-core instruments with axle joints,the axle joints should be fully opened so as to ensure the effectiveness of equipment cleaning.
