摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD),是一种中枢神经系统变性病,起病隐袭,疾病呈慢性进行性,是老年期痴呆最常见的类型.海马神经受损是AD早期病理的重要组成部分.海马神经对葡萄糖的需求和胰岛素的敏感性较高,容易发生一些与胰岛素抵抗有关的疾病.研究系统性的胰岛素抵抗(IR)、脑特异性的胰岛素受体和AD之间的联系是当前的热点.文章综述了AD与IR联系的分子机制及几类治疗AD的代表性药物.
The central nervous system denaturalization disease of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a common senile dementia,which has an onset hidden,chronic progress.The impairment of hippocampal neurons is an important part of AD’s early pathology.Hippocampal neurons are more sensitive to glucose and insulin,and are prone to some diseases related to insulin resistance.The relation of systemic insulin resistance(IR),the brain specific insulin receptor and AD has been a popular topic in recent years.This article have reviewed the linkage molecular mechanism between IR and AD,and introduce several representative drugs for the treatment of AD.
