摘要
混合动力汽车的动力系统由两个及以上的动力源组成,其换挡时机的选择不同于传统汽车。其中P2. 5混合动力汽车由于电机和发动机可以分别换挡,其换挡时机的选择尤为复杂。文章以某混合动力汽车为例,针对换挡中对驾驶性影响较大的踩油门降挡过程,分析了不同油门深度触发降挡对轮端扭矩响应的影响,提出了基于预测油门的降挡时机优化方法,经验证该方法可以有效提高整车加速的响应速度和平顺性。
A hybrid electric vehicle( HEV) powertrain is consisting of two or more power sources,which has different shift logic from traditional vehicles. P2. 5 HEV is a particular type of HEV,its engine gear and motor gear can shift separately,which makes the shift logic even more complicated than other HEVs. In this article,a SAIC HEV is taken as an example,and the down shift point is mainly focused on. The influence of different shift point on wheel torque response is analyzed.An optimization strategy based on accelerator prediction is raised. Test results indicate that both acceleration and harshness are improved.
