摘要 文章阐述了汽车行李架在研发阶段通过CAE分析各工况荷载下的位移、应力等,对行李架进行结构优化,确保设计的可靠性。同时通过台架荷载试验验证各工况下的位移、变形状态等。行李架动态荷载试验,则是结合整车道路试验,模拟行李架各种使用情况下的安全性和可靠性。文章所应用的分析手段及试验方法为今后汽车行李架荷载验证提供了系统的开发经验和参考价值。 In this paper,through CAE analysis of the displacement and stress of the car luggage rack in the development stage,the structure of the luggage rack is optimized to ensure the design reliability. At the same time,the displacement and deformation state under various working conditions are verified by the bench load test. The dynamic load test of the luggage rack is to simulate the safety and reliability of the luggage rack under various using conditions in combination with the road test of the whole vehicle. The analysis method and test method applied in this paper are expected to provide the system development experience and guiding significance for the load verification of car luggage rack in the future.
