中药内服外敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

Effect observation of oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的探讨中药内服外敷治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法选取80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组采取阿昔洛韦片联合维生素B 12治疗,观察组采取中药内服外敷治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较2组疗效、神经痛程度及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率97.50%,显著高于对照组85.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(3.43±0.22)分,显著低于对照组的(5.20±1.07)分(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.00%,显著低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论中药内服外敷治疗能够提高带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床疗效,缓解患者神经痛的程度,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods Totally 80 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir and vitamin B 12,while the observation group was treated with oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine.After two courses of treatment,the curative effect,the degree of neuralgia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group was(3.43±0.22)points,which was significantly lower than(5.20±1.07)points in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine can improve the clinical effect of postherpetic neuralgia,relieve the degree of neuralgia and improve the prognosis.
