轻度磺化聚苯乙烯的制备与吸水性能研究

摘要 以聚苯乙烯为原料、浓硫酸为磺化剂,通过磺化反应制备了轻度磺化的磺化聚苯乙烯,通过红外光谱进行了结构表征,探讨了磺化剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间对磺化度的影响,研究了不同磺化度的磺化聚苯乙烯的吸水性能。结果表明:磺化剂的用量增加,聚苯乙烯的磺化度提高。当聚苯乙烯与磺化剂的质量比为1∶0.6,反应温度60℃和反应时间4 h时磺化度为2.9%。此外,吸水性实验显示磺化聚苯乙烯随着浸入时间的增加而增大,磺化度越高,吸水性越强。 The lightly sulfonated polystyrene was prepared by sulfonation reaction using polystyrene as raw material and concentrated sulfuric acid as a sulfonation reagent and the structure were characterized by FT-IR.Moreover,the influence factors such as the dosage of sulfonating agent,reaction temperature and time on sulfonation degree of polystyrene were discussed,and the water absorption properties of sulfonated polystyrene with different sulfonation degrees were studied.The results showed that the sulfonation degree of polystyrene increased with increasing the dosage of sulfonating agent.When the mass ratio of polystyrene to sulfonating agent was 1∶0.6,the reaction temperature and time was 60℃ and 4 h respectively,the sulfonation degree of polystyrene was 2.9%.In addition,the water absorption experiment showed that the sulfonated polystyrene increased with the increase of immersion time,and the higher the sulfonation degree,the stronger the water absorption.
