摘要
腐殖酸是自然界中广泛存在的大分子有机物质,广泛应用于农、林、牧、石油、化工、建材、医药卫生、环保等各个领域。尤其是现在提倡生态农业建设、无公害农业生产、绿色食品、无污染环保等,更使“腐殖酸”备受推崇。事实证明,人类的生活和生存离不开腐殖酸。国内目前对腐殖酸的提取主要采用碱溶-酸析法,单纯使用此法存在提取速率较慢,提取率低等缺点,而超声提取在提高浸提速率,增加提取率方面有独特优势。本文将超声波法引入腐殖酸提取中来,研究提取温度、超声时间、超声功率等要素对腐殖酸提取效率和提取率的影响,找出超声波法在腐殖酸提取中的最佳参数。
Humic acid is a macromolecular organic substance widely found in nature.It is widely used in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,petroleum,chemical,building materials,medical and health,environmental protection and other fields.It has been proved that humic acid is indispensable to human life and survival.At present,the extraction of humic acid in China is mainly based on alkali dissolution-acidification method.Simply using this method has some shortcomings,such as slow extraction rate and low extraction rate.Ultrasound extraction has unique advantages in improving extraction rate and increasing extraction rate.In this paper,the ultrasonic method was introduced into the extraction of humic acid.The effects of extraction temperature,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power on the extraction efficiency and extraction rate of humic acid were studied,and the optimum parameters of ultrasonic method in the extraction of humic acid were found.
