吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中六氯乙烷的研究

Determination of Hexachloroethane in Water by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry with Purge-trap Method

本研究建立了吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中挥发性有机物六氯乙烷的方法。结果表明,方法检出限为0.044μg/L,精密度为1.7%~2.1%,平均基体加标回收率为86.7%~99.6%。该方法准确可靠,操作简便,能够满足水中六氯乙烷的检测要求。

A method for the determination of hexachloroethane in water by GC-MS with purge-trap was developed.The detection limits of the method for hexachloroethane was 0.044μg/L,the RSD were 1.7%~2.1% and the recoveries were 86.7%~99.6%.This method is suitable for the determination of hexachloroethane in water.
