摘要 TRIZ理论是解决问题的一种工具,本文将TRIZ理论与科学研究相结合,对直接甲醇燃料电池进行性能改进。首先,分析催化剂存在的弊端,通过矛盾矩阵分析主要技术矛盾,提出解决方案:通过增加维度来提高催化性能。然后通过因果分析、方案评估,制备出二维超薄钯纳米片,借助电化学工作站对改进前后的催化剂进行测试,发现所制备的二维超薄钯纳米片能够显著提高对甲醇的电催化氧化能力。 TRIZ theory is a tool to solve the problems.This paper combines TRIZ theory with scientific research to improve the performance of direct methanol fuel cells.First,we analyze the shortcomings of the catalyst,analyze the main technical contradictions through the contradiction matrix,and propose a solution:improving the catalytic performance through dimensions.Then through the causal analysis and program evaluation,the two-dimensional ultra-thin palladium nanosheets were finally prepared.The improved system was tested by electrochemical workstation.It was found that the two-dimensional ultra-thin palladium nanosheets prepared can significantly improve the electrocatalytic oxidation ability of palladium to methanol.
