研究生科研素养训练和本科生教育质量提升均是双一流高校的重要建设任务。如何利用双一流高校研究生培养中的学术创新资源反哺本科生教育及提升本科人才培养质量是高等教育过程中值得探讨的学术话题。针对研究生和本科生人才培养过程的异同点,尝试探究研究生参与本科生毕设、大学生科技创新活动和本科导师制实施等环节的具体举措,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。

The training of postgraduates'scientific research accomplishment and the improvement of undergraduate education quality are both important tasks for the construction of first-class universities.How to use the resources of academic innovation in postgraduate education to nurture undergraduate education and improve the quality of undergraduate talent training is an academic topic worthy of discussion in the process of higher education.Aiming at the similarities and differences in the process of graduate and undergraduate talent cultivation,this paper attempts to explore the specific measures of graduate students'participation in undergraduate graduation project,undergraduate scientific and technological innovation activities and the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system,so as to provide reference for relevant research.
