翻转式教学模式在《药事管理与法规》教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 药事管理与法规是制药工程专业的核心专业课程之一,根据我院制药工程专业人才培养目标和学校办学特点,对该课程的教学进行改革创新,以满足企事业单位对人才的需求。本文结合目前的课程教学现状,通过翻转课堂的方式进行教学,实施以学生为主体、教师为主导的学习模式,课堂增强了交流、互动与反馈,以期提高该课程教学效果,达到本专业人才培养目标。 Pharmaceutical administration and regulation is one of the core courses of pharmaceutical engineering major.According to the training objectives of pharmaceutical engineering major in our hospital and the characteristics of the school,the teaching of this course is reformed and innovated to meet the needs of enterprises and institutions for talents.Based on the current situation of course teaching,this paper carries out teaching by means of flipped classroom,and implements the learning mode with students as the main body and teachers as the leading role.The classroom enhances communication,interaction and feedback,so as to improve the teaching effect of this course and achieve the goal of talent cultivation of this major.
