摘要
《太阳能电池原理与技术》是中国矿业大学为物理学院的光电信息与科学专业的学生而设置的一门专业选修课程。对《太阳能电池原理与技术》课程教学进行研究,将多学科知识融合在具体的教学方案中,培养研究型创新人才。针对太阳能电池原理知识,提出物理描述、数学公式、软件模拟计算三者相结合的教学方法,让学生跳过复杂的公式推导也能掌握太阳能电池器件物理,为今后从事太阳能电池工作做好准备。
Principles and Technology of Solar Cells is an elective course for students majoring in photoelectric information and Science in the College of Physics,China University of Mining and Technology.This paper studies the teaching of Solar Cell Principles and Technology,integrates multi-disciplinary knowledge into specific teaching programs,and cultivates research-oriented innovative talents.In view of the knowledge of solar cell principle,the teaching method of combining physical description,mathematical formula and software simulation calculation is put forward,which enables students to skip complex formula derivation and master the physics of solar cell devices,so as to prepare for future work of solar cells.
