采样前不同消毒灭菌处理方式对安德森空气采样器医院内浮游菌采样结果影响分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the influence of different disinfection and sterilization treatments of Anderson sampler on sampling results of airborne microbe in hospital

摘要 目的了解不同消毒灭菌处理方式和不同采样时间对医院内空气浮游菌采样结果的影响。方法分别采用不消毒、75%乙醇和高压灭菌3种方式对安德森采样器进行处理,并且在普通病房和千级洁净手术室分别采样5min、10min和15min,比较不同处理方式、采样时间和环境影响条件下空气浮游菌采样结果的差异。结果在医院普通病房进行首次采样时,使用75%乙醇对采样器进行处理与未进行处理的空气浮游菌采样结果差异不大,采样结果随采样时间的延长呈现一定的下降趋势。二次采样时,高压灭菌的效果明显优于75%乙醇的处理效果,且高压灭菌后采样时间的长短对采样结果无影响,在去除采样环境影响因素后,采样结果与二次结果一致。结论空气浮游菌采样前不宜使用75%乙醇对采用仪器进行处理,应采用高压灭菌的方式进行处理,且采样时间的长短对采样结果的影响较弱。 Objective To study the effects of different sampler disinfection and sterilization methods and different sampling times on the sampling results of airborne bacteria in hospitals. Methods The Anderson sampler for sampling airborne bacteria was treated by three methods including non-sterile, 75% ethanol and autoclave methods. The samples were sampled for 5 min, 10 min and 15 min in the general ward and the class 1 000 cleanroom, respectively. The differences in sampling results of the airborne bacteria under different treatment methods, sampling times and environmental conditions were analyzed and compared. Results In the first sampling of the general ward of the hospital, the sampling results of the airborne bacteria with the sampler treated with 75% ethanol and without sterilization treatment were not much different, and the sampling results showed a certain decline trend with the extension of the sampling time. At the second sampling, the treatment effect of autoclaving was significantly better than that of 75% ethanol, and the sampling time had no effect on the sampling results. After removing the influencing factors of the sampling environment, the results were consistent with the results of the second time. Conclusion It was not appropriate to sterilize the sampling equipment with 75% ethanol before sampling of airborne microbes. The sterile treatment should be carried out by autoclaving, and the sampling time has little effect on the sampling results.
