摘要 从工程实验室的安全制度管理、环境安全管理、工艺方法安全管理、化学试剂与材料安全管理、防火防爆安全管理评估指标体系等五个方面建立安全风险等级综合集成评估模型(DHEGF),并对模型的适用性进行分析。针对不同风险等级评估结果,提出相应等级的控制对策,建立控制对策体系。将该评估模型与控制对策体系应用到某水处理工程实验室的安全风险评估和控制对策制定中,得到的风险评估结果符合实际状况并提出了合理的控制对策。 Security risk level integrated evaluation model is established depending on the system of laboratory safety management,environment and safety management,process safety management,chemical reagents and materials safety management,fire and explosion prevention safety management,and the applicability of the model is analyzed.Based on the different risk grade assessment,the control countermeasures of the corresponding grades are put forward,and the control countermeasures system are also established.The evaluation model and control system are applied to the safety risk assessment and control strategy formulation of one water treatment engineering laboratory,the results of risk assessment are in line with the actual situation and reasonable control measures are put forward.The mode is applied to assess the safety risk and develop the control countermeasures,and the result is reasonable.
