钢铁厂高温环境下人体皮肤温变规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨钢铁厂高温环境对人体健康的影响,采用实验的方法得到不同工作强度下人体各部位皮肤温度随环境温度和湿度的变化情况,采用MATLAB软件拟合实验数据得到皮肤温度与环境温度和湿度的回归方程。结果表明:人体皮肤温度与环境温度存在很强的线性关系,在一定温度和相对湿度范围内,环境温度每升高1℃,预测皮肤温度升高0.68℃。由于人体皮肤温度达到核心温度后,人体会失去散热能力导致中暑,因此一个较为准确的温度预测模型对保证人员安全显得尤为重要。 In order to study the effect of high temperature environment on human health in iron and steel works,the changes of skin temperature with environmental temperature and humidity at different working intensities are obtained by experiment.The regression equation of skin temperature and environmental temperature and humidity was obtained by fitting experimental data with MATLAB software.The results show that there is a strong linear relationship between human skin temperature and environmental temperature.Within a certain range of temperature and relative humidity,the skin temperature is predicted to increase by 0.68 degrees for every 1 degree increase in environmental temperature.As the human skin temperature reaches the core temperature,the human body will lose the ability of heat dissipation leading to heatstroke,so a more accurate temperature prediction model is particularly important to ensure the safety of personnel.
