摘要
由于气流床气化炉内温度较高,环境复杂,受高温熔渣和高温气流的影响,直接测量炉内温度较为困难。因此,以热传导模型为基础,通过对气化炉烧嘴罩传热过程的分析,提出估算气化炉内温度的公式,并以此计算出温差与气化炉内温度的分段曲线。与现有气化炉温度分段曲线的对比结果表明:该方法能够更为准确地估算炉膛温度,适合气化炉内温度控制。而且,该方法不需要额外增加任何设备。
Considering the high temperature and complicated environment in the entrained flow gasifier which troubles direct measurement of the temperature there,having the heat conduction model based to analyze heat transfer process of the gasifier burner cover was implemented to propose a formula for estimating the temperature inside the gasifier and then to calculate segmentation curve of the temperature difference and temperature inside the gasifier.Comparing the segmentation curves with the gasifier’s existing temperature profile curves shows that,this method can estimate furnace temperature more accurately and is suitable for temperature control in the gasifier without any additional equipment.
