医务工作者的道德想象力及其培养

摘要 医务工作者的道德想象力是融通医学情境及情境中的他人与自我,并评估和发掘新的可能的道德行为的能力。医务工作者具备道德想象力能够最大限度地调度并拓展医务工作者的感官体验,消隐与重建医务工作者的主体角色,使其道德选择动力始终朝向“善”的不断完型,是新时代医务工作者职业发展的内在要求。医务工作者的道德想象力为现实医务工作者职业人格的塑造、医患之间达成共情式的理解、医学领域道德冲突的妥善解决和社会有序的良性发展创造现实可能。培养医务工作者的道德想象力,应以强化审查医务工作者道德想象力培养方式的规范和一致,强化对医学伦理的情景化理解,拓宽反思性实践的深度和广度为着力点。 The moral imagination of medical staff is the ability to integrate others and self in medical situations,and to evaluate and explore new possible moral behaviors.Medical staffs with moral imagination can maximize the expansion of their sensory experience,eliminate and reconstruct their main roles in medical practice,so that their moral choice power is always toward the"good"continuous completion,which is the internal requirement of the professional development of medical staffs in the new era.The moral imagination of medical staff creates realistic possibility for the shaping of professional personality,the realization of empathic understanding between doctors and patients,the proper resolution of moral conflicts in medical practice and the orderly development of society.In order to cultivate the moral imagination of medical staff,we should strengthen the standardization and consistency of the way to cultivate the moral imagination of medical staff,strengthen the situational understanding of medical ethics,and broaden the depth and breadth of reflective practice.
