基于网络药理学的木瓜药理功能定位及作用机制分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于网络药理学,通过国内外相关数据库构建木瓜中主要化合物库,采用Pharmmapper和SymMap数据库对化合物潜在靶点进行分析,采用DAVID数据库对靶点进行功能及通路富集分析,以Cytoscape软件构建木瓜化合物-靶点-通路网络。共收集木瓜中89个化合物,筛选其中20个主要活性成分进一步分析,发现可作用于179个靶点,这些靶点主要作用于TNF信号通路、甲型流感、结核、恰加斯病(美洲锥虫病)、弓形体病、Toll样受体信号通路等。研究为分子水平研究木瓜的作用机制提供理论基础,也为整体上把握食品的功能活性研究提供一种新思路。 Based on the network pharmacology,the main compounds library of papaya was constructed through the related databases.The targets of the main compounds in papaya were further predicted by Pharmmapper and SymMap.Compound-targets-KEGG network and PPI network of targets protein were constructed by Cytoscape software.Pathway enrichment and GO analysis of targets was carried out using DAVID database.And 89 compounds from papaya were collected and 20 of them were screened for further analysis.They could act on 179 targets.The key pathways of KEGG included TNF signaling pathway,influenza A,tuberculosis,chagas disease,toxoplasmosis,Toll-like receptor signaling pathway.These investigations will provide theoretical basis for understanding pharmacological activity of papaya from the molecular level,and also provides a new idea for grasping the functional activity of food as a whole.
