江西省政务信息资源目录体系发展研究

Research on the Development of the Catalogue System of Government Information Resources in Jiangxi Province

政务信息资源目录体系是实现政府部门间政务信息资源共享开放的基础,是发展“互联网+政务服务”的关键。近年来,江西省高度重视政务数据的共享开放,通过对全省46个省直部门的目录梳理,已初步形成全省的政务信息资源目录体系。但在目录编制过程中,依然存在统筹管理机制不完善,缺乏完整的标准配套体系,数据安全问题亟待解决等问题。因此,为加快构建完善目录,提出要加强组织领导,强化责任落实;完善法规制度,制定体系标准;强化安全管理,健全保障体系等措施,助推全省政务信息资源共享开放。

The government information resource catalogue system is the basis for realizing the sharing and opening of government information resources among government departments,and is the key to the development of"internet+government services".In recent years,Jiangxi province has attached great importance to the sharing and opening of government affairs data.Through the combing of the catalogues of 46 provincial departments in Jiangxi province,the province's government information resource catalogue system has been initially formed.However,in the process of cataloguing,there are still some problems,such as the imperfect overall management mechanism,the lack of a complete standard supporting system,and the urgent need to solve the data security problems.Therefore,in order to speed up the construction and improvement of the catalogue,it is proposed to strengthen organizational leadership,strengthen the implementation of responsibilities,improve laws and regulations,formulate system standards,strengthen safety management,improve the security system and other measures to promote the sharing and opening of government information resources in Jiangxi province.
