思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思想政治理论课关键在教师。育人者必先育己,立己者方能立人。思政课教师作为新时代高校思想政治品德教育的主体和立德树人的生力军,在践行使命任务的素质与能力上,还需从文化培元、思想铸魂、价值固本、自省自律、实践躬行上进行“五项修炼”,不断扎下文化之根,筑牢信仰之基,补足精神之钙,把稳思想之舵,履好教师之责。用优秀的文化涵养人生,用先进的思想武装头脑,用不变的初心引领信念,用高度的自律彰显本色,用积极的行动践行使命,才能做出无愧于时代的贡献,为中华民族的伟大复兴烙上思想育人、精神培材的鲜明印记。

Ideological and political theory course is the key course to carry out the basic task of building morality and cultivating people,and the key to running the ideological and political theory course well lies in the teachers.The educator must educate himself first,and only those who cultivate themselves can cultivate other people.Ideological and political teachers,as the main body of ideology and politics and morality education in colleges in the new era,need to conduct"five practices"on the quality and ability,constantly taking root in culture,building the foundation of belief,supplementing the calcium of spirit,steadying the rudder of thought,performing teachers'responsibilities.Cultivating life with excellent culture,arming the mind with advanced thought,leading faith with invariant initial idea,highly self-disciplined to highlight their true qualities,fulfilling mission with positive action,only in this way can we make contributions to the times and strengthen the country through education.
