摘要
以河北承德地区尾矿等固体废弃物为主要原料,采用干法制备发泡陶瓷,探讨了不同尾矿和发泡剂含量对发泡陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:铁系尾矿对发泡陶瓷密度、抗压强度和导热系数影响较大;金尾矿和萤石尾矿对烧成温度影响较大;珍珠岩含量和发泡剂掺量对发泡陶瓷密度和力学强度具有显著影响。在铁系尾矿20±10wt%,金尾矿20±15wt%,萤石尾矿小于10wt%,综合尾矿掺量60wt%,发泡剂掺量为1.0wt%~4.0wt%时,烧结出密度280kg/m^3~410kg/m^3,抗压强度为3.20MPa^10.51MPa,导热系数为0.08W/(m·K)~1.25W/(m·K)的发泡陶瓷。
Using solid wastes such as tailings in Chengde,Hebei as the main raw materials,the foamed ceramics are prepared by dry method.The effects of different tailings and foaming agent content on the properties of foamed ceramics are discussed.The results show that iron-based tailings has a greater effect on the density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foamed ceramics;gold tailings and fluorite tailings have a greater effect on the firing temperature;perlite content and the amount of foaming agent added to foaming ceramic density and mechani⁃cal strength have significant effects.
