不同养护条件下粉煤灰粒度分布对砂浆力学性能的影响

摘要 为研究在不同养护条件下粉煤灰粒度分布对砂浆力学性能的影响,将原状粉煤灰采用标准筛筛分为粒度区间,测量各个区间的质量占总体粉煤灰的质量百分率,使其满足正态分布,测定不同养护条件下粉煤灰粒度分布对砂浆强度的影响并进行SEM微观分析。结果表明,不同粉煤灰粒度分布对水泥砂浆强度起改善作用,标准养护主要改善早期强度,负温养护主要改善后期强度。 To study the effect of fly ash particle size distribution on the mechanical properties of mortar under different curing conditions,the fly ash is sifted into different particle size range by standard sieve,measuring the mass percentage of each particle size range in the total fly ash to satisfy the normal distribution and the effect of fly ash particle size distribution on the mechanical properties of mortar under different curing conditions,then microscopic analysis by SEM.The result shows that different particle size distribution of fly ash improves the strength of cement mortar,standard curing mainly improves the early strength,while negative temperature curing mainly improves the later strength.
