南太行山区旅游产业扶贫绩效评价及协调度研究——以辉县市为例

Poverty alleviation evaluation and coordination degree of tourism industry in South Taihang Mountain area A case study of Huixian City

旅游产业扶贫作为精准扶贫的重要手段,在提升贫困人口参与能力、促进当地经济社会整体发展、实现2020年脱贫目标过程中发挥着关键作用。文章在对现有旅游扶贫成效进行梳理的基础上,从经济、社会、生态三个方面构建旅游产业扶贫绩效评价体系,并以南太行山区辉县市为例,在绩效评价的基础上,进一步分析了经济、社会、生态三者之间的协调度,测算了辉县市旅游扶贫绩效协调度,并提出了实现旅游扶贫可持续发展的建议。

As an important means of precision poverty alleviation,tourism industry plays a key role in promoting the ability of poor people to participate,promoting the overall development of local economy and society,and synchronously achieving the goal of reducing poverty by 2020.On the basis of combing the existing poverty alleviation effect of tourism,this paper constructs the performance evaluation system of poverty alleviation in tourism industry from three aspects:economy,society and ecology.Taking Huixian County of South Taihang Mountain area as an example,the paper further analyzes the economy on the basis of performance evaluation.The coordination degree among society and ecology,the coordination degree of tourism poverty alleviation performance in Huixian City is measured,and some suggestions are put forward to realize the sustainable development of tourism poverty alleviation.
