摘要 颗粒捕集器(diesel particulate filter,DPF)中逐步积累的灰分直接影响DPF压差,通过设计灰分加载工况,研究灰分质量对压差的影响。试验结果表明:设计的DPF灰分加载工况合理、可靠、有效,CH机油灰分加载速率是CJ机油灰分加载速率的1.77倍,CH机油可实现灰分快速加载;新鲜态DPF压差特性一致性较好,不同空速下偏差在5%以内;不同灰分质量DPF压差均随空速升高而升高,压差与灰分质量、空速均成正比。 Ash accumulation will affect pressure difference(DP)of diesel particulate filter(DPF)directly.By designing the reasonable ash loading conditions,the experimental study of DPF ash loading is carried out.The test results show that the designed DPF ash loading method is reliable and effective.The ash loading speed of CH engine oil is 1.77 times faster than that of CJ engine oil.The ash fast loading can be realized by CH engine oil.The DP characteristics of fresh DPF are consistent,and the deviation is less than 5%at different space velocity(SV).DP of different ash content increases with increasing SV,and is proportional to ash content and SV.
