摘要 文章聚焦湖南工业职业技术学院结对帮扶洪江职业中专学校,依托学校办学特色及人才智力优势,探索形成了职业院校"校校结对帮扶"的职业教育精准扶贫模式,实施"五个一"的长效帮扶机制,在专业、课程、教师、学生、科研等领域取得了显著帮扶成效。这对于推进职业教育精准扶贫工作深入开展,打好职业教育脱贫攻坚战,助力贫困地区脱贫致富具有现实意义。 This paper focuses on Hunan Industry Polytechnic’s help to Hongjiang vocational secondary school. Relying on the characteristics of school running and intellectual advantages of talents, it explores and develops a precise poverty alleviation model of vocational education in vocational colleges. The implementation of the "Five-One" long-term assistance mechanism has achieved remarkable results in the fields of specialty, curriculum, teachers, students and scientific research. It is of practical significance to promote the work of precise poverty alleviation in vocational education, to fight the battle of poverty alleviation in vocational education, and to help poverty alleviation and prosperity in poverty-stricken areas.
