摘要
目的了解乡级护理岗位培训现状及需求,构建培训新模式,为进一步规范有效的开展护理岗位培训提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取18所乡级医院并对212名护理人员进行问卷调查,同时对样本医院的总护士长和部分护士进行直面及电话访谈。结果212名研究对象中对培训方式的选择:院内培训占60.4%、护理专家现场指导占63.2%;其中60.8%认为既往培训内容缺乏针对性和实用性、30.7%认为培训流于形式。结论乡级护理岗位培训缺乏规范管理,各级护理管理部门应提高对培训工作重要性的认识,建立完善培训体系,落实培训保障,注重培训内容的针对性和实用性,以提高培训效果。
Objective To understand the current situation of post-training of nurses at the rural level of xuzhou,and to construct an innovative model for this training,trying to provide basis for further standardization of posting training of nursing staff.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 212 nursing staff in 18 township hospitals using stratified cluster sampling method.Meanwhile,head nurses and some nurses in the sample hospitals were interviewed face to face and by telephone.Results Among the 212 subjects,the choice of training methods:in-hospital training accounted for 60.4%,on-site guidance by nursing experts accounted for 63.2%;60.8%thought that the previous training content was lack of pertinence and practicability,and the training was only in form accounted for 30.7%.Conclusion Nursing management departments at all levels should improve the recognition of the importance of training work,set up perfect training system,carry out the training guarantee,and pay attention to pertinence and practicability of the training content,in order to improve training effect.
