摘要 目的探讨多学科协作MDT护理模式联合PBL教学方法在老年护理教学中应用。方法采用实验对照法,将120名三年制护理专科实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组60名学生采用MDT护理模式联合PBL教学方法,对照组60名学生采用传统LBL教学法,比较两组学生老年护理学考试成绩,采用SPSS 13.0软件统计分析,评估结果用(x±s)表示,采用t检验统计分析。结果实验组老年护理学基础理论考核成绩、老人应急处理考核成绩和学生综合能力考核成绩明显高于对照组学生成绩(P<0.01),实验组学生对MDT为导向的PBL教学方法在老年护理学实践课的评价优于对照组学生对LBL教学方法(P<0.01)。结论MDT为导向的PBL教学方法在老年护理实践教学中效果明显,护理学专业学生综合能力也显著提高,培养了护理学专业学生的整体思维和降阶梯思维,从而提高了学生分析问题以及解决问题的能力,为学生今后的临床护理工作奠定了基础。 Objective To study the application of multi-disciplinary cooperative MDT nursing model in the practical Teaching of Nursing for the elderly.Methods 120 three-year nursing students were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group and control group.SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze and evaluate the results,the results were showed by(x±s)and analyzed by t-test.Results The results of the results of the basic theory of the practical Teaching of Nursing for the elderly in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the results of the assessment of the emergency treatment and the comprehensive ability of the students were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The teaching method of PBL teaching method guided by MDT in the experimental group was better than that of the control group in the practical Teaching of Nursing for the elderly(P<0.01).Conclusion MDT-oriented PBL teaching method has an obvious effect in the practical Teaching of Nursing for the elderly,and the comprehensive ability of nursing students is also improved,and the overall thinking and step-down thinking of the students in nursing science are cultivated,so that the problem of students undefined analysis and the ability to solve the problem are improved.And lays a foundation for the future clinical nursing work of the students.
