摘要
超声作为目前最常用的影像学检查方法之一,已经广泛应用于临床。但调查显示我国超声从业人员数量严重不足,尤其是超声应用型人才。同时超声学科的发展也受到了历史、人员配备、工作结构的制约,因此新一轮的超声医技分工及一体化工作模式势在必行。超声技师在国外已比较普及,且有完善的超声技师教育体系和成熟的培养及职业发展模式,而目前国内尚无培养超声技师的专门体系,长远来说,不利于超声学科的整体发展。因此四川大学华西临床医学院率先提出了建设超声技术本科专业学历教育的构想,并于2016年9月招收了全国首批超声技术专业本科生,这是国内首个开设该本科专业的高等院校。文章通过对四川大学华西临床医学院超声技术专业首届本科生的培养实践进行总结,包括人才培养目标及要求、课程体系建设等,旨在探讨超声技术方向本科学历教育的初步建设与实践。
As one of the most commonly used imaging examination methods,ultrasound has been widely used in clinical practice.However,the survey shows that the number of ultrasound practitioners in China is seriously insufficient,especially for sonographer.At the same time,the development of ultrasound is also restricted by the history,staffing and work mode.Therefore,a new round of ultrasound physician-sonographer division and integrated work mode is imperative.Sonographers have become popular in foreign countries,and have a perfect education system and mature training and career development models.At present,there is no specialized system for cultivating sonographers in China.In the long run,it is not conducive to the overall development of ultrasound discipline.Therefore,the West China school of medicine of Sichuan University took the lead in proposing the idea of building undergraduate education in sonographer.In September 2016,it enrolled the first batch of undergraduate students majoring in sonographer.This is the first university to offer this undergraduate major in China.This paper summarizes the training practice of the first undergraduate students in major of sonographer of West China school of medicine of Sichuan University,including the goal of talent training,teaching concept,curriculum system construction,etc.,aiming to explore the initial construction of undergraduate education of the sonographer major.
