护理实习生对患者安全文化认知状况的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查某三级甲等医院护理实习生对患者安全文化认知状况及不同特征的护理实习生对患者安全文化评分的影响。方法采用中文版《护理实习生学生患者安全态度和职业素养量表》(MSSAPS量表)对236名护理实习生进行调查。结果护理实习生患者安全文化平均得分为(3.73±0.46)分,整体积极反应率为73.8%。不同年龄、学历、实习时间、实习科室数量及带教老师职称对患者安全文化评价的比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理实习生患者安全文化总体表现较好,但仍有部分内容需要提高。通过合理安排实习时间和轮转科室,发挥高职称带教老师在患者安全文化带教中的作用,是提升护理实习生患者安全文化的重要举措。 Objective To investigate the influence of nursing interns on the safety culture of patients in a tertiary hospital and the nursing interns of different characteristics on the safety culture score of patients.Methods A total of 236 nursing interns were surveyed using the Chinese version of the Nursing Intern Student Patient Safety Attitude and Occupational Literacy Scale(MSSAPS Scale).Results The average safety score of nursing intern patients was(3.73±0.46)points,and the overall positive response rate was 73.8%.There were statistically significant differences in the evaluation of patients’safety culture between different ages,academic qualifications,internship time,the number of internship departments and the teacher’s professional title(P<0.05).Conclusion The safety culture of nursing interns is generally better,but there are still some content needs to be improved.By rationally arranging the internship time and the rotation department,it is an important measure to improve the safety culture of the nursing interns by giving full play to the role of teaching teachers in the safety culture of patients.
